Warrantee Service
Warrantee service is provided by Skywave Safety Inc. Each manufacturer that we represent includes there own warrantee to be free from defects and workmanship.
Each manufacturer has different levels of limited warrantees and the length's that cover there products.
- Vertex Standard - 3-year limited warrantee on LMR products excluding accessories. Accessories carry a 1-year limited warrantee.
- Tomar Electronics - 10-year extended limited warrantee on neobe strobe power supplies. They also have warrantee coverage's for many other products from 2-year to 5-year.
- Streamlight Flashlight - Streamlight offers a life-time warrantee on many of there flashlights. Please call to find out what your coverage is.
- Other Manufacturer's - Please call us to find out what your warrantee is.
Service Repair
Skywave Safety Services all types of two-way radios including P25, Astro and analog systems. Skywave also services Police-Fire-EMS-Municipal electrical and electronic equipment.
- Radio & Control Systems / Towers
- Two-way radio base/console, Repeater, Mobile, Portable. AVL (Automatic Vehicular Locator) systems, pump control systems, remote control systems. Tower and lighting systems, Site maintenance and growth control.
- Warning Systems
- Vehicular Strobe-LED-Rotator systems, Vehicle siren systems, Pole-Station mounted siren / public address & warning systems, Switch and power distribution systems.
- Other Electronic Repair
- CCTV, DVR-Tape systems, Flashlight, Electronic door lock systems including keyless entry systems and dead-bolt electric systems.
Rates and Fee's
Warrantee Service - Standard pricing for shipping for ground service for standard size packages, handling and insurance up to $500.00, Current market price for expedited shipping & insurance.
Service Repair - (Bench, Repair & Service Call) - $49.00 per hour.
Tower - Any tower climbing work shall be charged at a rate of $49.00 per hour.
